The house is ideally located: 5 min walk from UNCG, 20 min walk from downtown and the main shopping street, a few steps from small shops (restaurants, brewery, coffee shop, Chipotle, FedEx, etc.)

The residence is quiet, the tenants are quiet and respect the common spaces (the parking, the cleanliness of the residence).

The house is pleasant to live in: new paintings, new hardwoods, air-conditioned, heated.
We have never had a problem, summer or winter.

The kitchen is large with many cabinets, the two bedrooms are spacious for king size beds and each has its own bathroom with bathtub. It is very pleasant.
